One of the latest fitness rages to invade America the last few years is the kettlebell workout. When I first heard the name I thought it sounded like "cow bell" but all joking aside kettlebells are fast establishing themselves as one of the best ways for getting into shape. Kettlebells are basically cast iron balls that resemble a bowling ball with a handle. They can be purchased is sizes from as low as ten pounds up through 100 pounds each and more.
